Wallace Risk Solutions Pty Ltd has in place an internal disputes resolution process as per the Insurance Brokers Code of Conduct. Wallace Risk Solutions Pty Ltd also subscribes to the Financial Ombudsmen Service (FOS) which is an external dispute resolutions system. This service is free to clients that believe a complaint has not been resolved adequately by us.
