Wallace Risk Solutions and Report Systems Australia have developed exclusive paperwork for Methamphetamine Contamination Inspections. As with all Report Systems paperwork it is to the highest standard and sets a benchmark for what is currently available in Australia.
The paperwork has been developed referencing the following documents:
- Australian Standard, AS 4349.0-2007, Inspection of Buildings, Part 0: General Requirements
- Clandestine Drug Laboratory Remediation Guidelines, Australian Government, 2011
- NSW Remediation Guidelines for Clandestine Drug Laboratories and Hydroponic Drug Plantations, A Report to Health Protection NSW, 2015
- Standards New Zealand, NZS 8510:2017, Testing and Decontamination of Methamphetamine – Contaminated Properties
The paperwork has been designed with the protection of the inspector and the ability to defend against claims in a court of law.
This paperwork can only be used in conjunction with insurance arranged through Wallace Risk Solutions.
This document sets out the scope and limitations on the inspection. It is a condition that this document is acknowledged by your client.
The site notes show how you came to your decisions. This is vitally important in determining why a course of action was taken. Site notes are for your own records and you do not need to provide them to your client.
