Accordingly, when you take out a policy you will be provided with the following documentation and information, which may help you, discharge your inspection and reporting obligations:

• One copy of the Report Systems Australia (RSA) Handbook Termite Reports, Uniform Inspection and Reporting Guidelines for Termite Managers second edition dated February 2004
• One copy of the RSA Handbook Standard Timber Pest Detection Reports, Uniform Inspection Guidelines for Timber Pest Detection Consultants fourth edition dated November 2010.
• A CD containing the current versions of the computer generated pest management; termite and timber pest inspection report formats and associated documentation provided on Microsoft Word.

As a policy holder you will also be given access to Report Systems Australia online report writer for a 12-month period that runs concurrently with your insurance policy.
